The table above is based on 6 loans funded based on 3% Residual Override Commission Kicker
(ROCK) monthly. Starting at 8% for the first home funded, it
increases 3% for each additional home you fund. 11% for the 2nd home, 14% for the third,
17% for the forth, 20% for the fifth and 23% for the sixth home funded. Every home
thereafter earns 3% more while we have a renter in that home. Your major benefit is that your
rete increases higher as we pay back each loan faster. Meaning the faster we back back the loan
